CLIENT’S OBJECTIVE:
In a market where sales expectations are slow, Coldwell Banker turns
to Voyage to boost sales. Goals include educating consumers about
large, open floor plans, and dispelling “pioneering” concerns.
STRATEGY & TACTICS:
Voyage develops a two-tiered program designed for agents and
potential home buyers. Marketing is developed to promote open
floor plans and neighborhood / community outreach programs.
Agent incentives are also launched.
M West is industry recognized as one of Atlanta’s fastest selling
communities...ever. Outdoor boards generate important brand
awareness, but the M West billboard(s) exceeded everyone’s
expectations and was directly responsible for driving more than
2–3 persons per week. With a 20-month projected sales goal,
M West sold out in 16 months, exceeding sales goals by 25%,
which inspired the launch of Phase II.
